Thank you for considering membership in the  Fort Fairfield, Maine Chamber of Commerce. You are joining a worldwide-connected, community-based network dedicated to business growth, economic development, and enhanced community quality of life.

If considering a corporate/organizational membership there are many corporate/organizational benefits offered by the Chamber. If considering an individual membership, there are many community-based civic, social, and cultural programs and events in which to become involved.

Additionally, membership demonstrates a commitment to the community’s economic future as well as a “let’s work together” spirit towards improving quality of place.

Application for membership may be accomplished in any of three ways.

1. Click the following title for a Membership Application Form [MSWord (.doc)].

  • This form is in MSWord format (.doc) and may be saved, completed, and mailed or delivered to the Chamber office at the address provided on the form.
  • Membership fee is according to the published membership rates posted on this Web site under Membership>Members Fee Structure, and is made at the time of application. (Check, no cash please, if mailing)

2. Click the following title for a Membership Application Form [PDF (.pdf)].

  • This form is in PDF format (.pdf) and may be saved, completed, and mailed or delivered to the Chamber office at the address provided on the form.
  • Membership fee is according to the published membership rates posted on this Web site under Membership>Members Fee Structure, and is made at the time of application. (Check, no cash please, if mailing)

3. Click on the following title for a Membership Application Form [online (electronic)].

  • This is a self-directed online form that is completed online and submitted electronically via the internet.
  • Membership fee is according to the published membership rates posted on this Web site under Membership>Members Fee Structure. However, no online payment is required with electronic form submission. The Chamber will bill you following an application completeness review.
